Together with Gorbachev Foundation ISE-Center starts a new program — „Russian transformations in the context of world development“

The project was initiated by Gorbachev Foundation, New Eurasia Foundation and ISE-Center.

The first seminar within the frameworks of the program will be held on 9 November 2006. It will deal with economical aspects. There will be two many-sided reports presented at the seminar. Regional representatives of the CASEs will have a chance to participate in the discussions as well as to make acquaintance with leading Moscow experts, and also to suggest analogical projects which reflect regional specificity.
